DISC MILLS

Exceptional energy savings compared to conventional hammer mills and disc mills. They are effective when milling oily or moist materials and through a variable of grinding settings a more uniform structure in the crushed material can be achieved.

ROLLER MILLS

The Roller Mill is a grain-crushing machine used to enable farmers to feed freshly crushed grain/s to the livestock; this in turn increases the protein value to the animal.  It is an effective and efficient way of processing cereal grains and legumes becoming an increasing trend in rural Australia.

There are a variety of Roller Mills to cater for farmers individual needs, for example depending on if the site has single phase or 3-phase, the selection of grains to be crushed, the end particle size needed after being crushed down and seasonal quantity requirements.

ROTARY MILL

Suitable for dairy’s, feedlots, piggeries and poultry

Rotary Mills for both tailor made and standard designs capacities from 1 tph to 10 tph and also bigger are available on request.

HAMMER MILL

The Hammer Mill is for Dairy and Commercial livestock operations that require a very fine grind and need to process large volumes of high-moisture grain

Producers who need to process large volumes of high-moisture grain into a fine grind with speed and ease is where the Hammer Mill (Grinder) with Conveyor Discharge is utilized, as the smooth and gentle movements of the conveyor enables the finely ground product to be transferred for bunker storage without the assistance of air – protecting your valuable raw materials from blowing away.
